The vision of Through the Roof is to make the Christian message of salvation through Jesus Christ available to disabled people and those in their immediate circle. This is achieved by: 1) Equipping and training churches and other organisations to be inclusive of disabled people. 2) Encouraging and equipping disabled people for leadership. 3) Providing support and fellowship for disabled people and their families.

Agency based in the US. Volunteers in Medical Missions has been organized solely for the purpose of assisting Christian service agencies, churches, pastors, and missionaries in the accomplishment of their mission, for the glory of God.

Internationally, Saltmine has been committed to Eastern Europe since the 1970's. The principle ministry is in Bulgaria where Saltmine is involved in teaching programmes, support for building projects in churches and children's homes and organising humanitarian aid.
